"As we hit an environment that is much more challenging financially, I'm interested in what adds to our students' experience."

Professor Jane Harrington

Universities UK is proud to partner with Studiosity.

Designed exclusively for higher education, Studiosity delivers formative feedback and study support alongside authorship validation and learning proof.

It moves institutions away from obsolete detection models, which fail to protect authentic learning, and onto a proactive 'Support and Validate' framework.

By replacing unmanaged institutional risk with a defensible, multi-layered assessment strategy, educators are empowered to focus on teaching rather than policing, and to protect the enduring value of UK degrees at a sustainable scale.

Support the thinking, validate the learning.

Support

Students build critical thinking, improve their academic writing, and establish their own authorship and voice. Formative feedback for all, at scale, that's also zero cognitive offload.

"I always feel more confident after putting my work through Studiosity... it definitely boosted my confidence to actually submit my essay." - Nursing student, and Studiosity user.

Validate

Students confidently self-validate their own progress and stand up for the integrity of their work. Institutions set the policy, educators set the task validation threshold, students self validate their own thinking.

"There is this sense of fulfilment I felt from answering the validation questions. The validation process made me feel seen." - PHD Student and Studiosity user.

Questions from university educators and leaders:

What is learner self-validation?

Now that AI can provide quick answers, AI detection isn't relevant - nor effective - in higher education. Studiosity's multi-layered approach is based on gathered indicators from the student themselves - self validation of learning and authorship - as the work is produced, rather than a single, ineffective 'scan' of a document afterwards.

What is student authorship validation?

A process for confirming that submitted work was genuinely produced by this exact student who submitted it, based on offered evidence built up by the student during the writing process rather than a post-submission 'score'.

How does this address AI-assisted cheating and plagiarism?

It removes the incentive and the ambiguity at once: students are supported to do their own thinking, and that thinking is evidenced. The thinking has the value, not the document. It changes the focus. As a result, the institution holds a defensible, multi-layered record instead of an unmanaged risk.

Does Studiosity replace our detection software?
