We are hiring for a 12-month maternity leave cover - this person is confident engaging with educators, staff, and students in the education sector, has experience managing B2B relationships and content including online events, and might even be familiar with a B2B2C process. Content creation - including design, front-end web, video, as well as social channel planning and management - is part of this role. This person can increase brand loyalty and advocacy, and can look at user/student journeys from end to end to help our university partners engage their students in help seeking.

This is a brand new role, the first marketing manager in Canada. This person will increase partner engagement for growth and renewals, develop and deliver customised engagement strategies and materials for university partners, and manage the B2B user journey, touch points and metrics. This person will be confident with: copywriting and designing partner-facing communications, web pages, presentations, newsletters, and videos; creating student and staff facing digital and traditional marketing materials; B2B lead generation and nurturing; owning and managing online events; and, increasing brand awareness, loyalty, and advocacy.
