The Future Focus Webinar Series is an initiative of the University Leadership Steering Committee, a strategic group initiated and co-facilitated by CLICKS and Studiosity. 

This webinar series builds on the group’s ongoing work, including the development of the AI in Teaching and Learning Adoption Framework, and serves as a platform to:

• Highlight real-world case studies from institutions pioneering AI implementation in teaching and learning.
• Encourage knowledge exchange on good practices, challenges, and lessons learned.
• Build a shared repository of institutional experiences to support a wider community of practice.
• Open dialogue beyond the focus group, inviting the broader higher education community to participate, learn, and contribute.
