Jack Goodman

Non-Executive Chair and Founder

Jack has been an educational technology visionary and entrepreneur for more than two decades, both overseas and in Australia. He founded Studiosity 20 years ago, with a vision to make the highest quality academic study support accessible to every student, regardless of their geographic or socio-economic circumstances. As an active volunteer for education-related organisations, he mentors EduGrowth's edtech start-ups, and is the president of Friends of Libraries Australia (FOLA), encouraging the use and improvement of library and information services across Australia.

Lisa McIntyre

A founding Director of Studiosity, Lisa brings over twenty years experience consulting for healthcare and technology organisations. She has held a number of directorships of private and public companies, and currently sits on several company boards as Chair or non-executive Director (HCF, Covermore, icare, Silex Systems), and on two Foundations (HCF Research Foundation, icare Foundation), as well as being a volunteer Primary Ethics teacher.

David Vaux

David’s early career was in law with Freehills (1981-83), investment banking with Macquarie (1985-87) and venture and development capital with the AFP / Patrick’s group (1987-1997). David was Executive Chairman and Managing Director of DCA Group Ltd (1998-2008). Under his leadership, DCA started diagnostic imaging (I-Med) and residential aged care (Amity) businesses. I-Med and Amity grew to be market leaders in Australasia. David has enjoyed extensive public and private company board roles through his career. David was an original director of the Cardiology Network and was a director of many of the local practice groups that form the basis of GenesisCare.

Denice Pitt

Denice Pitt has been Chief Executive Officer of Online Education Services since the company was launched in July, 2011. As CEO Denice is committed to delivering high quality, innovative online education while at the same time ensuring the company's continued financial viability and growth. Denice brings over 25 year’s leadership experience in the telecommunications, technology and outsourcing industries. Her prior roles include President and Country Head of Aegis Australia, Vice President of Operations, Chief Operating Officer and CEO of the UCMS Group Ltd, as well as National Customer Service Manager of Optus.Denice is a Non-Executive Director of Proversity Ltd, Non-Executive Director of the Royal Automobile Club of Victoria Ltd (RACV and Non-Executive Director of Firbank Grammar. Denice holds a Masters of Business Management and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Sir Eric Thomas

Christian is an investment professional with over 18 years experience and worked in corporate restructuring before joining CVC in 2001. He left CVC and worked at Macquarie Bank, and was a co-founder of a boutique global-equity fund manager before returning to CVC in 2014. Christian also has experience as a director of a number of private and public companies.

Jonathan has worked in the finance industry for 15 years, focused primarily on corporate finance and advisory for small and mid-cap companies listed on the ASX. Prior to joining CVC, Jonathan held senior roles at Blue Ocean Equities and Canaccord Genuity and has held a number of private and public company directorships.

Michael Larsen

Michael Larsen

CEO and Managing Director

As Chief Executive Officer of Studiosity, Mike balances a global growth strategy with the demands of delivering a quality online, on-demand student support service. Regularly researching feedback from student users, education institutions and their evolving learning and teaching needs alike, he has led the Company since 2014. Prior to joining, Mike has spent over 15 years in management, including five years in the technology sector based in Boston, Massachusetts where he was a Senior Director with global employment marketplace, Monster.com. Mike holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and completed an MBA at the University of New South Wales, where he won the AC Nielsen Prize for Strategic Marketing. He was selected for the international exchange program to the prestigious Dartmouth College in New Hampshire and now resides in Sydney with his family.
