Reporting to the Director of Partner Services, you will contribute to the Company's success through collaboration, communication, dedication and an unwavering commitment to the success of our partners.
Specific responsibilities include:
Understanding each partner's strategic objectives to ensure optimal alignment with our technology and services.
Nurturing relationships with partner stakeholders at various levels to maximise communication to staff and students.
Initiating and managing service renewal including contract drafting / negotiation and coordinating the signoff and implementation process.
Contribute to the Partnership Services team and cross-functionally to support team success and achievement of Company goals.
To succeed in this position you will have 5+ years of experience of working in field account management and collaborating with executive-level decision makers and influencing stakeholders. Your success will have been demonstrated via the highest level of account engagement and the attainment of goals and objectives.
Degree qualified, you will have demonstrated resilience and creative thinking, alongside an ability to work collaboratively within a high energy and contemporary work environment.
